This sculptural bowl was turned on a lathe from green beech wood, then left to try to find its form. As green wood dries, it changes shape to create undulating, asymmetrical forms, an aesthetic that is one of the identifying features of much of Jayne’s work. This unique piece has been dyed and finished with wax for a soft and tactile finish.
