Open Landscape is an original framed painting by Jacqui Watkins using mixed media on a heavy weight watercolour paper.

The wonderful, decorative quality to Jacqui’s work in her use of line, texture and colour is influenced by her background and training as a Surface Pattern Designer at Loughborough College of Art. After a long career as a textile designer in the fashion and furnishings textile industry working in the UK and abroad, Jacqui reawakened a love of drawing and printmaking with her work now encompassing watercolours, ink drawings and paintings, linocut, collagraphs, monoprints and plate lithography.
