This beautiful blanket is inspired by basalt rock formations on the Isle of Staffa and the strong linear forms typical of modernist architecture.

Woven in Langholm, Scotland, using 100% Pure New Wool and a double cloth technique typical of traditional Welsh blankets, Heather Shields blankets are thick, cosy and of the finest quality. Fully reversible with a soft and luxurious finish, each blanket is hand finished with a blanket stitched edge at Heather’s home studio in Gourock.

Each blanket measures approx 180cm x 135cm, which will comfortably cover a double bed, or when spread length ways, can drape over the bottom half of a king sized bed.
